CONTACT PRINTING WORKFLOW

From source plate
to high-density array.

PlexJet coordinates plate handling, multi-pin contact transfer and array layout within one controlled process.

  1. 01
    Load the source plate

Use a standard 384-well source plate and a project-specific sample layout.

  2. 02
    Print by contact

The multi-pin print head collects samples and deposits them at defined positions on the destination surface.

  3. 03
    Build the array

Create a dense, repeatable 3,840-spot layout for downstream analysis.

PRINTED ARRAY QUALITY

Uniform placement across
a dense array.

High-density spotting creates a consistent array layout that can be visually inspected before downstream interaction measurements.

  • Consistent spot placement
  • Dense array layout
  • Repeatable deposition
  • Visual inspection of the completed array

MULTI-PIN CONTACT PRINTING

Controlled transfer through
a multi-pin print head.

The print head collects samples from a standard 384-well source plate and deposits them by physical contact at defined positions on the chip surface.

  • 01384-well source plates

Work with a standard laboratory source format.

  • 02Approximately 40 minutes

    Process one 384-well source plate.

  • 033,840 spots per chip

Create a dense microarray for downstream analysis.

  • 04Programmable layouts

    Define the source-to-destination printing map.
